2. The actually received products are not consistent with the description and samples, and the customers receive them without
explanation in advance.

1. We provide customized processes such as silkscreen, gold stamping, spraying paint, sand blast, electroplating, hydro printing, labeling...
2. We have professional mold making strength. The customers provide product sample or 3D computer graphics, we can make molds and samples in a short time. (normally 10- 15 days).
3. The product color and process can be customized according to customer requirements. Before producing, we will make samples for confirming with customers.
4. For customized product sample, it need to pay sample making fee which will be deducted from the amount of bulk order. However, the sample making fees will not be refunded if the customers doesn't place bulk order.
