We will be in charge of the shippment fee as following cases:
1. The products have serious defects and can not exercise required performance.
2. The actually received products are not consistent with the description and samples, and the customers receive them without explanation in advance.
3. The special requirements made by the customers are not met, or the order information does not match the received products.
1. We provide customized processes such as silk screen, gold stamping, spraying painting, sand blasting, electroplating, hydro printing, labelling etc..
2. We have professional mold making strength. The customers provide product sample or 3D computer graphics, we can make molds and samples in a short time. (normally 10- 15 days).
3. The product color and process can be customized according to customer requirements. Before producing, we will make samples for confirming with customers.
4. For customized product, after placing bulk, sample making fee is free.
Before placing bulk order, it need to pay sample making fee which will be deducted from the amount of bulk order. However, the sample making fees will not be refunded if the customers doesn't place bulk order.
Q1:Can I get your free sample?
A: Of course. We provide free sample for our customers to do test. But the freight cost is on buyer’s account.
Q2: Can we do printing or custom color?
A: Yes, you can. We offer various personalized Customization, such as silk screen printing, custom color, Gold stamping or Silver stamping, Sand blast,Hydro printing, Electroplating, etc.
Q3: What’s the normal lead time?
A: For product in stock, we will delivery goods to you with 3-7days after receiveing your full payment. For product out of stock, it depends on products.
Q4: What’s the MOQ?
A: For product in stock, MOQ is one carton; For product out of stock, MOQ is 10000 pcs.
